Heart of ISH Nomination

The Heart of ISH Award recognizes individuals whose actions exemplify the mission and values of Iowa Specialty Hospitals & Clinics through extraordinary compassion, integrity, service, and commitment to others. This award honors those who make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients, families, coworkers, or the communities we serve.

Nominees may be recognized for:

• Demonstrating exceptional compassion, empathy, and kindness that positively impacted a patient, family member, coworker, or community member. 
• Going above and beyond their expected responsibilities to serve others. 
• Living Iowa Specialty's values of Care, Character, Commitment, and Community through their daily actions. 
• Responding with courage, initiative, or selflessness during a challenging or critical situation. 
• Inspiring others through leadership, teamwork, mentorship, or service. 
• Making a lasting impact through ongoing dedication, volunteerism, innovation, or acts that improve the patient, employee, or community experience. 
• Performing an extraordinary act that reflects the heart and spirit of Iowa Specialty Hospitals & Clinics.
