Amy's Reflections

I am not sure how many of you watch March Madness, but I love this time of year and can be found watching basketball most weekends. If you ask my family, I am usually rooting for the underdog. I love to see teams chase their dreams and find success when all the odds are stacked against them. This highlights the importance of chasing your dreams with conviction and passion. I say the phrase, "Anything worth having is worth working hard for," to my children all the time.

If you look back at the history of Iowa Specialty Hospitals, you will see that we live that philosophy daily. We set big goals, and we chase them with all our passion, persistence, and heart. What we have been able to achieve as a collective team is simply amazing, and I am so proud to be a part of it. This week, my challenge to you is to set that big goal and go after it. It is never too late to chase your dreams. Dream big and work hard!
