Be Worthy

This past week at LDI, we were fortunate to have a speaker who talked about the power of being self-aware and how to grow our self-awareness. When I think about the theme for this week of be worthy, it makes me think of my own character and actions. Those things we do when no one is watching, and what we want to be known for in our lives. Be worthy to me is a combination of things that add up to the person you are and the impact you make.

Iowa Specialty Hospitals and Clinics is known for its culture. This isn’t just a document we sign but rather who we are, even when no one is looking. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to work with all of you in this incredible culture. Healthcare is hard but fulfilling work, especially when working with like-minded people. Because of the work we do and the care we provide, we live our mission daily. This week I challenge you to take a moment and appreciate your worth and the impact you make daily. Have a fantastic week!
