You are invited to submit qualifications for the Iowa Specialties Hospital Clarion ER Reception/ Kitchen &Cafe /LL Accounting Updates. Dean Snyder Construction is the Construction Manager for Iowa Specialties Hospital Clarion ER Reception/ Kitchen & Cafe /LL Accounting (referenced herein as “Owner”). Atura Architecture is the Architect. Subcontractors and suppliers for all work will be contracted through Dean Snyder Construction. Following Iowa Code Chapter 26A. All prospective subcontractors & suppliers interested in bidding on this project must complete a Subcontractor Request for Statement of Qualifications and meet the prequalification criteria.
The project will consist of 3 separate areas within the hospital. The ER Reception/ Waiting Room is currently the existing ER waiting room. The new ER Check In/ Waiting Room will create an afterhours waiting room for the ER with lockdown capability, new check-in registration, and waiting area for daily use. The main level Kitchen & Cafe will consist of an updated washroom layout along with finishes and layout updates to the Dining, Kitchen, and Serving areas. Lower-Level Accounting consists of renovating an existing storage room to new office space and updating an existing office space with new finishes. The project is anticipated to start January 13th of 2026 and be completed by June of 2027.

- Bid Package #26.1/ 27.1/ 28.1 – Electrical/ Communications/ Electronic Safety & Security

Statement of Qualification forms will be received by Dean Snyder Construction until October 31, 2025, at 2:00pm. Qualifications can be sent to the attention of Rusty Schipper, Dean Snyder Construction, 913 N. 14th Street, Clear Lake, Iowa, 50428 or emailed to rschipper@deansnyder.com. Qualifications received after this time will not be considered. Qualifications will be opened, reviewed, and qualified privately by the Construction Manager and the Owner. Acceptance is subject to Owner’s approval.
Qualifications should be prepared exclusively on the form provided. Submitted qualifications are to be clearly labeled with “Qualifications for Iowa Specialties Hospital Clarion ER Reception/ Kitchen & Cafe /LL Accounting.”
