Iowa Specialty Hospital’s 100th baby of 2024, Montgomery Rae Arndt, was born on March 7th at 7:17 in the morning to parents Alexa and McCauley Arndt. Baby Montgomery weighed 6 pounds 8 ounces, was 19 ¾ inches in length, and had black hair and black eyes.
Iowa Specialty Hospital’s Maternity Center is located at its Clarion campus. “The start of every year brings the opportunity to be a part of this special time in our OB patients’ journeys,” stated Jenn Mewes, OB Leader. “All of our providers and OB staff are here for you.”
In 2023, Iowa Specialty Hospital delivered 594 babies, which was one of the most babies ever delivered at the facility in a year. They are currently well on their way to surpassing that total.
