Iowa Specialty Hospital and Wright County Public Health invite you to participate in an upcoming Community Health Assessment & Community Health Improvement Plan (CHA/CHIP) Community Meeting.

The CHA/CHIP is a long-term, data-driven process that identifies our community’s most pressing health needs and develops practical, community-led strategies to address them. Updated every three to five years, this work helps guide how we improve health outcomes across Wright County.

Why Your Voice Matters

  • Better Health Outcomes – Help build a healthier Wright County for everyone.
  • Health Equity – Ensure all residents have a fair opportunity to be healthy.
  • Community Accountability – Shape a plan that reflects real needs and priorities.
  • Whole-Person Approach – Address the broader factors that impact health, including housing, education, transportation, and environment.

This is your opportunity to share your perspective, identify priorities, and collaborate on solutions that will directly impact our community.

Join us at 5:00 p.m. at Iowa Specialty Hospitals & Clinics in Clarion.  Enter through the ER entrance.

Light snacks and beverages will be provided. We hope you’ll join us and be part of building a stronger, healthier Wright County.
