Belmond Hospital in Top 20 for Patient Satisfaction

Iowa Specialty Hospital in Belmond recently received designation as one of the top 20 best practice critical access hospitals (CAHs) in the country for patient satisfaction, as determined by iVantage Health Analytics. An awards ceremony was held during the National Rural Health Association (NRHAs) Critical Access Hospital Conference on October 3rd in Kansas City. 

The top 20 highest ranked critical access hospitals were announced. In addition, 60 best practice designations were also given to facilities that have achieved success in one of three key areas of performance, based on iVantage’s tabulation that includes quality, patient perspective, and financial stability. 

“NRHA is committed to ensuring our members have the best information to manage their hospitals,” said Brock Slabach, NRHA membership services vice president. “In this era of transparency and accountability, NRHA is pleased to recognize the accomplishments of these hospitals.”
