Miekka Cooper - Daisy Award

I am a challenging blood draw, and Miekka is consistently patient, calm, and thorough. During my most recent appointment, which required a significant amount of blood to be drawn, she thoughtfully suggested using the ultrasound machine to locate a vein. Thanks to her innovative approach, the draw was a complete success. The moment was so positive that we all celebrated afterward, and she even shared that in her 20 years of nursing, she had never experienced anything quite like it.
