I had a "total knee" in October 2024. A "Wow!" would be that our housekeeper the day after my surgery, Staci, took time to lift me up when I felt worried about going home and having pain. She has far more challenges herself, but a beautiful attitude.
Another "Wow!"....each person I visited with told how much they love working at Iowa Specialty. Several drive quite a distance but say it's worth the trip. Rare for such positive people, and nice to know we support a good place for people to work.
It was so nice to be settled in my room before the surgery. I could put my possessions where I wanted and know where everything was.
