Thank You For The Care I Received

From checking in to going home, I can’t say enough about the care I received for my knee surgery visit!  Having a fear of needles, Shannon gave me a numbing shot before inserting the IV needle which made a world of difference!  From that point on, I knew I made the right decision to have surgery at this facility!  The anesthesiologist, Jesse, calmed my anxiety about going under, so that was a blessing!  Although I can’t recall much about once I got back to the surgery room and recovery, Nicole, Kristy and Amanda all treated me as the most important patient in the hospital that day!  Of course, I cannot forget about Dr Li.  He is an outstanding doctor who reassured me of his abilities from day one. It’s been a full week now, and I am doing well with little to no pain, which validates his outstanding abilities!!!!!  I can’t say enough positive things about this team, and from the bottom of my heart, I thank you all for the care I received!
