Excellent Care in Belmond

I would just like to take the opportunity to share what excellent care we received in the Belmond ER and the Belmond hospital. After having the opportunity to observe care in a different role in two other hospitals yesterday, my dad was a patient in Belmond. We were greeted by Tricia Brown, Dr. Coppola, and Tim Buhr in the ER who gave my dad extraordinary care from the moment he walked in, until the moment they admitted him to the floor. This continued with the nursing staff on the floor. Be extremely proud of the excellence in care we have at Iowa Specialty Hospitals.

Brooke Nerlien took excellent care of my dad while he was a patient... She went above and beyond to make him comfortable and make sure he had superior care. We appreciate all she did.
