Today as I sat down to write my article I was so excited to flip the calendar to March. It’s a new month of fresh starts and new opportunities for each and every one of us. The People Pillar has been working on some “Fun” for the month. Make sure you’re watching your email, the Insider, and our ISH Facebook Page for info throughout the month. We also have a lot of projects going on at our locations so it is a very exciting time for growth and opportunity at ISH!!
We had our offsite LDI on Thursday, February 25th. It was a great day of learning how to be a better leader, and a great reminder of the importance of being a good communicator within our departments. One of my opportunities that I took from this day was to be better at recognition. I am very excited about this, and I know that is very achievable with all of the amazing employees that work here!! If anyone needs ISH bucks or assistance with recognition please let me know and I would be glad to help you.
