Well, we made it through the month of January. Bring on February, which thankfully is a short month. After February, we go right into March, and the first day of Spring (March 20th) is just around the corner. March is a month where we usually have some warm days which allows us to get outside and enjoy some outdoor activities. One of our favorite family activities is to golf. Our boys both golfed in high school and college. I remember many frustrating days for them after a meet when their score wasn’t what they wanted it to be. We have these same things happen at work where we know the results we want, but sometimes forget to be focused on the actions it takes to produce those results. My challenge for all of us this next month is to remember to sit back and think about the actions we need to take before we can be focused on the results that we desire.
