When I was in college I had a finance professor tell me about the Chinese curse which states “May you live in exciting times.” Being young I had no idea what this really meant, I think I now understand the context behind this.
These times of COVID-19 have been exciting, tumultuous, and unsettling. Looking outside in, our staff at ISH have truly been a force to be reckoned with. Implementations of new strategies and ideas have taken hours to days where other places have yet to get to where we are. Our staff have embraced and taken on this challenge. You have risen to the call laid out before you.
While we still have uncertainty ahead, I feel relieved knowing that I work with the most incredible and dedicated individuals in healthcare.
