Don't wait for an employer, friend, or mentor to show appreciation for your work. Take pride in your own efforts on a daily basis. - Denis Waitley
I love the hectic pace of summer. It seems like there is always something to do or somewhere to be this time of year. Between the fairs, parades, fireworks, and kids’ events, there is never a dull moment. I wanted to thank everyone that has participated in the parades so far and those that plan to participate in the one that is left. It is great to see such pride from our employees in where they work. Way to represent team!
It has also been fun to see the pride in the communities that we serve and their appreciation for the work we do. I love hearing the patients shout out names on the parade route as they recognize one of our employees that have made an impact. It is those connections that make the difference in the care we provide. If we constantly ask ourselves “How is this best for our patients?” I can only imagine the difference we could make. We need to continue to grow the incredible teamwork we have created with the end result being great care for our patients. So, this week lend a helping hand and spread some sunshine, after all it is summer!
