Over the last few weeks, I have had the great opportunity to travel to many of our different clinic locations and recognize our providers and staff who are in the top tier at the national level for Patient Satisfaction according to our Press Ganey scores. It has been very rewarding to surprise the different teams with this recognition. Each team has been so appreciative. Congratulations to all of you! If your team was not one of these celebrations, not to worry, as the Service Pillar team is committed to helping you reach your goals as well. We know all of you give amazing care and are committed to your patients. As we work with you over the next year, you will learn that it may be a change in words or adding another statement to ensure the patients tie what you are doing back to the survey and rank you as high as possible. Sarah Eisenman is taking the lead on these trainings with the departments, but don't hesitate to reach out if you want to learn more and earn your own celebration next year!
