I have really enjoyed watching the boys at their trap meets lately. They have such different styles of how they approach the meet. Jake tends to be very thoughtful about how he stands and shoots. He has a tendency to overthink what he is doing because he takes it so seriously. Andrew is much more about shooting quick and just enjoying the chance to shoot. It is definitely fun to watch them do their thing, and I really enjoy watching the clay targets explode.
One of the things that I have learned working in healthcare for the last twenty years is that it takes all of us with our different ideas and our different styles to make everything come together so seamlessly for our patients. No one person has all the answers or solutions. The ability to look at problems from different angles and get input from others is a great strength. One of the things I have enjoyed the most working in healthcare is learning from others, and then taking that knowledge and helping others. This week, I challenge you to share your ideas or lend a different view to a broken process. You may just be the missing piece that was needed.
