I look forward to the hectic pace that summer brings! There is always something to do or somewhere to be with fairs, parades, vacations, and kids’ events. There is never a dull moment! Walking in the parades is a great way to show pride in representing Iowa Specialty Hospitals and Clinics. I love hearing the parade goers shout out names on the parade route as they recognize one of our employees who have made an impact. In our busy lives, we sometimes forget why we do what we do, and miss the purpose behind our work and the impact we make through the human connection. Serving others is truly a noble calling, and I am honored to be part of the care you provide each day. We are blessed with an amazing group of individuals to carry out this calling and, with everyone working towards the same goals, there is nothing we can’t accomplish.
