NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ISH - CLARION MECHANICAL UPGRADES
IOWA SPECIALTY HOSPITAL
To Whom It May Concern:
You are hereby notified that at 5:00 PM, Central Time on March 30, 2021, at the Iowa Specialty Hospital - Clarion, Board Room B, 1316 S Main Street, Clarion, IA 50525, there will be a public hearing on the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost of the project. Any persons interested may appear and file objections to the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, or cost of such improvement.
The following is a description of the Work: The project includes remodel of 8 existing Clarion Hospital patient rooms. The patient rooms are currently served from steam radiators below the windows and 2-pipe fan coil units on an interior wall. The ceiling space of these existing rooms is extremely tight and limits the options for modifying the HVAC. The existing patient rooms will be upgraded to remove outdated cabinets and awkward sink placements. There will be four patient toilet rooms that will be remodeled as well.
