We are proud to announce the birth of the first baby of 2022. Bryson James Murra, son of Brittany Harris and Lee Murra of Webster City, was born on January 1, 2022 at 9:23 a.m. Bryson weighed 6 pounds, 7.7 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Bryson joins one sibling at home; Tegan, age 16.
“The New Year baby is a sign signifying the birth of the next year and the passing of the prior year,” stated Jennifer Mewes, OB Leader. “It is a rebirth, recommitment to the present. With that in mind, we in the OB department recommit ourselves to providing the best experience in the birth of each baby. We cherish each and every opportunity to provide service excellence to each of these families. These families are entrusting us with one of their greatest experiences, and we thank them.”
Bryson’s parents and Iowa Specialty Hospital would like to thank the following individuals and businesses who donated gifts for the first baby of 2022: Fuel, New Lyric Theater, First State Bank / Town & Country Insurance, Thrifty White Pharmacy, Leah Jean Boutique, Julie Schmidt – Scentsy, Hair Studio, Wells Fargo Bank, Urness Hardware, PSI, Sharon Geisinger, Hearts & Flowers, Eagle Grove Chiropractic, Cattleman’s, and Iowa Specialty Hospital - Clarion.
