Iowa Specialty Hospital in Clarion is very pleased to announce the birth of its 300th Baby of 2015, Sybil Anne Arnold. Sybil was born on December 15th at 3:12pm. She weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces and was 21 inches long. The proud parents are Melissa Yetter and Robert Arnold from Belmond, owners of the SUGAR PIE BAKERY. Sybil joins a very proud three-year old sister, Novella.
