Childbirth education topics that will be covered include: breathing and relaxation techniques, the stages of labor, pain management, delivery methods, postpartum care, and newborn care. You will also receive a tour of the Maternity Center and have a chance to have your questions answered. The class is free, and lunch will be provided.
On the day of the class, please enter through the ER / Outpatient entrance on the northeast side of the hospital. You will be directed to the boardrooms upon arrival.
