ORTHOPEDIC PROGRAM EDUCATOR (CMA/LPN/RN)

Full time position available, hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30. Must possess CMA, LPN or RN licensure.  Position includes working with the day-to-day implementation and organization of the Joint/Spine Program.  Assists the orthopedic program coordinator to coordinate the efforts between surgeons, hospital administration and staff while tracking the progress of the program.  Provide education both pre- and post-operatively to patients, and assist to review and coordinate with process improvement, patient satisfaction, and facilities review within the program within the specialty clinic.  Rooming patients, obtaining medical history, and preoperative assessment from patient, and telephone triage. Must be detail oriented and work well with clinical team.  Experience in orthopedics and EPIC beneficial.  Must be willing to travel to all ISH locations as needed.
