Job Details

Full Time Position working in Nutritional Services Department at all locations as needed.  Alternating weekends and Holiday rotation as needed.  Availability for all hours as needed ranging from 5:30 am until 7:30 pm.  Primary shifts include: 6am-2:30 pm, 9am-5:30pm and 11am-7:30pm.  7+ years pf prior lead cook experience strongly preferred.  Moderate to high volume cooking experience including scratch cooking, batch cooking and A la carte cooking.   Experience with long term care and/or hospital environment preferred but not required.  Experience with standardized recipes, scaling and adjusting recipes experience or ability to learn recipe/menu software required.
