My total knee replacement was a "Wow" experience. I was nervous. The nurses were great and explained things. Dr. Odland and Ben Becker were awesome. They checked on me before surgery and would ask how I was doing or if I had any questions. I had great care after surgery and in the hospital. The medical staff that took care of me was great.
Dr. Odland and Ben Becker are great orthopedic doctors. They are caring and willing to answer questions and explain things!
I feel so lucky to be able to have my total knee replacement done at Iowa Specialty Hospital because the whole staff of doctors and nurses is great. The physical therapy is very good, too! I wouldn't go any other place.

From the time you walk in the door and until you leave, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I had a TNR and, of course, was a little anxious, but my surgical team of Dr. Odland, Steph, Kay, Wendy, Greg, Carla, Natalie, and Heather all helped to let me know what to expect before and after, answering any concerns.
My recovery is going very well.
